OUR PHILOSOPHY
We offer a program that addresses the unique aspects of internal balance and harmony required to maintain health and well being. Our goal is to provide individuals with a comprehensive program of technique and physical training as well as a mental challenge that is unequaled in our geographic area. The program combines both traditional and the latest in martial arts oriented training. It is designed for all age groups and fitness levels. Students receive a comprehensive martial arts foundation and then build on their skills to become well rounded martial artists. The programs work together to develop focus, balance, strength and stamina. The combination of soft style, hard style and weapons martial arts training gives the student a broader view of the potential that exists within martial arts as a medium for health, fitness and personal protection.
